Refund policy

 

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges by the Consumer

According to Paragraph 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, cosmetic products and personal hygiene items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality.

Therefore, FOP Kuzhyn Yuliia Ihorivna does not accept returns and does not provide exchanges for products that have been sold and delivered to the customer, except in cases provided by applicable law regarding defective goods.

2. Return of Goods of Improper Quality

If any defects are discovered, the customer has the right to contact the seller with one of the claims provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” including:

  • correction of defects;

  • replacement of the product with an identical one;

  • proportional reduction of the price;

  • refund for goods of improper quality.

To submit a quality-related claim, the customer must provide:

  • photos/videos of the defect;

  • a description of the situation;

  • proof of purchase;

  • the product and its full set (upon seller’s request).

3. Goods That Cannot Be Returned Under Ukrainian Law

Cosmetic products and skincare items fall under the category of goods that:

  • come into contact with the skin,

  • have a hygienic purpose,

  • lose their commercial appearance after opening the packaging,

and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, as expressly stated in Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement Is Not Applicable

Since cosmetic products cannot be returned under Ukrainian law, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in relation to goods of proper quality does not apply.

5. Delivery and Receipt of Goods

All shipping costs for returning goods of improper quality (in case the defect is confirmed) are covered by the seller.
All other shipping costs are covered by the customer.

6. No Cancellation of an Order After It Has Been Shipped

An order that has been placed, paid for, and handed over to the delivery service cannot be canceled.
